Thanks for the response, I suspected I needed programming to turn the heaters on and off remotely. As for temperature sensors, I will get there, I just want to get the basic functionality working first. I doubt I would use Omnistats again, I don't find their operation to be particularly intuitive, although that could be, to your other point, due to my lack of training. I have installed Crestron CHV-TSTAT's, which allow 4 sensors to be connected to one thermostat (including wireless sensors), and...

Jason,Firstly, you are right in that I am a HAI DIY'er, so if it isn't possible to help me on here I understand. I would like to note thought that I only said "telephone" because that is the cable I ran between the Crestron MC2e (which I CAN program) and the Omni IIe. From reading the documentation (Installation Guide page 23), it looks like a 4 core telephone cable would suffice, terminated with an RJ11.Whilst I would be happy to engage you to help with the installation (given the poor response...
