Neeraj, HAI provides an intelligent thermostat called the Omnistat 2. It has 24vAC contacts on the back which become live when the thermostat is requesting heat. Most systems require 240VAC on the underfloor heating actuators. A relay can be used to provide this. You can see a wiring diagram and links to where you can buy a 24vAC to 240AC relay from at http://www.aldoussystems.co.uk/acatalog/Useful_Links.html
You will need a theromstat and relay per under floor heating zone.
You will also need to turn the pump and boiler on if any thermostat requires heat and off when all theromstats are not requiring heat. Again these devices are 240v AC. They can be controlled from one of the outputs on the HAI controller. These outputs are 12v DC so a 12vDC relay to 240v AC relay is required. This can be bought from the same link above. The logic for turning them on and off can be done in the automation block programming.
